I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m Rose!

When I'm not spending time with my husband, new baby, and our three furry companions, I love nothing more than diving into a good book or working on a puzzle.

My journey…

2016

My videography and photography journey started back in college when I filmed a rush video for my sorority. For the next few years I would film more videos for them but still considered it a fun hobby.

2020

During the pandemic I was looking for a career change and thought about turning my filming hobby into something more. I was given the opportunity to work with the Cary Chamber of Commerce to film their annual banquet. This lead to me being their videography and photographer for all their main events throughout the year, which I still continue to do today!

2021

Since filming was not consistent yet, I started working at a bridal shop as a wedding dress consultant for my main job. This is where my love for weddings came about. I loved helping brides find their dream dress and being a small part of their special day.

While at this job, my friend and coworker asked me about filming her wedding. Since I wanted to do the best I could for her, I dove into studying everything I could about wedding films. I spent hours watching the Full Time Filmmaker wedding workshop and purchased new equipment. I remember driving home from her wedding and thinking “this is what I’m meant to do”.

2022

I jumped into wedding videography head first and after booking three weddings I quit my job at the bridal shop to pursue videographer full time.

2024

While my first love was videography, I wanted to branch out and try wedding photography. I booked a portrait, baby announcement, and family photo sessions and then was given an opportunity to be a second for my own wedding photographer, Samantha Brooke. I’m now an associate lead photographer and have loved growing my photography skills.

2025

I feel like I have to pinch myself at every wedding because I still can’t believe this is my job! I can’t wait to continue capturing this special day for all my couples! :)

I love to showcase the real, authentic moments that occur between the poses. Since I hate being in front of the camera and know how uncomfortable it can be, I aim to blend in and remain unobtrusive. I avoid stiff, staged moments and focus on documenting who you truly are, making sure that your perfect day is displayed in all its glory!

When I watch my parent’s wedding film, there was no production, posing, or continuous perfect shots. It was just them enjoying their special day. I love how not every shot was perfect but seeing them so happy with friends and family made their film perfect!

There is something really magical about moments not being perfect. When you look back on your wedding I want you to remember the love you felt on that day… not that you spent the whole day in a photoshoot.
